D’deMOO is a Korean brand created and managed by Park Choonmoon, a Korean fashion designer. Park was born in Kimje, a small town in South Korea. Starting form early childhood, she was fascinated by transformative and reflective nature of clothing. When her family moved to Seoul, she attended Honk-Ik University where she obtained a degree in Industrial Design. She also studied fashion design at Kookje Fashion School. Her industrial design roots are well visible in her fashion projects. She’s been a part of Korean fashion avant-garde since 1988. She opened her first front store in 1988 in Korea and expanded quickly into other Asian markets. Park has won numerous prizes including Presidential Awards. Most recently, she was voted one of the most influential designers of 2010. She has shown her collections in Korea, Japan and France, and has been invited to participate in other significant shows worldwide.
We are proud to announce that we carry few of Park’s winter collection’s designs including cashmere wool coats, reversible coats and double layer leather coats.
This heatwave has got us feeling:
a) Excited for the extended warm weather
b) Hoping (just a little bit) for some cooler weather in the not-too-distant future.
At any given moment, though, we’re always daydreaming about vacations, whether they be tropical destinations, shopping capitals, or just places with unique landscapes. Today, we’re dreaming of Iceland. How could we not? Look at how beautiful it is!
If you could travel anywhere right now, where would you fly off to?
Although the weather isn’t cooling down quite yet, Autumn is inevitable, whether we like it or not.
We just received a shipment of these beautiful (and C-O-Z-Y) cashmere travel wraps from Soleil Cashmere, and we have to say, they’ve got us almost excited for the cold weather ahead.
They’re called travel wraps because of their versatility, so even if you’re no globetrotter, you can still use these as a warm scarf/blacket because who doesn’t want to be constantly draped in soft, 100% cashmere?
There are about a million (well, actually, it’s more like 13) different colours to choose from, so there’s definitely a travel wrap for everyone.
There’s also about a million (well, actually, we haven’t done an official count, but we are guessing there’s a lot) ways to wear it as well. See? Versatile!
Stop by the shop and check them out!
If you’re in Toronto, stop by the shop, located at 903 Queen Street West, and say “Hi!”
